I did that 2 years ago, reported 4 lads for racism towards a Muslim lady on a train from Birmingham to Shrewsbury. Real lowlives.
All 4 were arrested, charged and convicted.

Really mate? What if they are single parent with, say, 2 kids? Living in, say, Oxfordshire? 27K would be about 1630 a month after tax. Rent would be an absolute minimum of 800. Council Tax at least another 170. Utilities a bare minimum of 200 a month. Run a car? Clothes? Food?
