, Purdy doesn’t have the arm strength nor the running abilities Mahomes, Allen, Jackson do, but he has something they don’t, and that’s between the ears, the pre snap processing, the pocket presence, accuracy, timing, anticipation. That’s what makes him elite.

Umm how long you gonna wait for Trey Lance to get up to par? Hurts played in 56 games in college starting 42 of them. This is 3rd season in NFL.
Lance has played in 19 and started 17 and a hand full of NFL. Experience he does not have. He’s not a unicorn.
