Worked with my wife in my company for 5 years and: - when it's good, it's amazing. You know exactly what's going on in each other's business lives, the wins are big and shared. She's the most competent person I've ever worked with! - when it's bad, it's horrible. You bleed conflicts between life and work. For any positives in business, the negatives in personal life are not worth it. Net net, I do not recommend!
