@jlocxii @DaveRamsey It’s not purely a math problem. The psychology and liberty of being debt-free is bigger than math. Dave’s approach is more conservative, slower-growing, and more sure-footed than a leveraged strategy. To each their own. You can always take on debt if you hate being free.

@BasedMikeLee Nah. The LEDs are excellent. They last longer and don’t make waste heat. Even if you want heat it’s more effective coming from HVAC. I’m okay un-banning incandescent bulbs for the few that are happy to pay and replace them more often.

@nntaleb @SS_strength Yes- this is sound advice. Compound movements with real live weight for feedback are better than machines. Kettlebells are supreme. Swings, squats, snatches, and Turkish Getups are time-tested KB movements.
