Our firm is receiving significant consulting work on both the clean energy / renewable energy (wind / solar) and nuclear energy sectors. Demand from data centers and artificial intelligence / AI is a major driver of the consultations and investment analysis work. The consults are with hedge funds, private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies. This accelerating demand for energy infrastructure is going to be realized in both the public and private markets.

@zerohedge Elon Musk has always been much more focused on growing businesses organically from scratch than acquisitions. I cannot think of a major acquisition by any of his companies.

@money_cruncher Yes! The goal is to owe money to the IRS at the end of the year. A good goal is to come just under the threshold of an underpayment penalty.

@Stealx @unusual_whales Yeah, big "fanboy" for pointing out a few ways the wealthy utilize credit cards. As if a Kennedy isn't "at real wealth" I'm sure you are doing so much better financially than the Kennedy Family

@BehavioralBull @unusual_whales 🎯 That’s exactly what I do. Earn almost 3% back in points. Delay payment by ~1 month until credit card bill is due. Amazing how many people claim to be in finance on this thread and don’t understand this simple concept.

@PaulMeloan @unusual_whales With your claimed background, how can you not understand? Why is delaying cash payment by ~1 month using a credit card and earning points/cash back “f-ing nuts”? Why is someone claiming to manage ultra high net worth capital cursing like a high schooler over a credit card?

@carloarceocruz @unusual_whales Yes, amazing some of the comments on this post🤣. Most people don’t understand how the wealthy use leverage. Yes, RFK Jr. is smart. And exactly right, once you have assets you can borrow at very favorable rates.

Wow, that’s significant research on Joseph Kennedy and the Kennedy Family wealth. It’s possible between RFK Jr and Cheryl they just had a big month spend. As the disclosure is just a snapshot in time. My personal credit card balances vary significantly from month-to-month. If someone saw a large aggregate balance on a particular month they could extrapolate that out annually and have an inaccurate estimate of my total annual spend. It would be really interesting if you could interview RFK Jr. on your podcast. The only way we will know for sure what his financial position looks like is to have someone intelligent interview him and ask detailed questions. If he’s not willing, since he may not want to discuss, would be interesting for you to do a podcast and discuss your knowledge about Joseph Kennedy and Kennedy Family from a wealth perspective. I personally just subscribed to your podcast.

@dig_deeper1 @unusual_whales Perfect credit score. Nice! Possibly. Would depend on your income. You’d have to have $ millions in verifiable income for a new $500k credit line. You’ll want to look at big companies like AMEX and J.P. Morgan Chase.
