@RSHFarms Wife enjoys the heat and ability to keep the house a couple of degrees warmer. My pocket book enjoys it as well. I'm 2 miles from the city tree dump and they don't mind the picking of wood out of the pile.

@Bkitch1Bodie If you rent a house, repairs, insurance, taxes and other expenses do not magically disappear. Problem with renting is are repairs made timely and adequately or as cheap as possible.
