Thanks to Fr. Tim, Tom Ridder and Ben McNary who organized and undertook blessing over 60 fields of parishioners with around 500 gallons of Holy Water this morning. I was lucky to have been on our farm while this extraordinary blessing took place.

First rainfall of over 1” since 9/10/2023. The only other storm total over 1” in the last 365 days was 7/20/2023 and was accompanied by the EPIC hailstorm that spread along a nearly 100 mile path from Wallace to Garden City KS and completely destroyed our 2023 corn crop.

I have found the best policy is the train yourself. If you know your kiddos are out roaming around, slow down and take the time to make sure they are not in harms way. Tell them where to stand to stay safe when you are moving equipment. 1/2
