Very valid point! Who is regulating the regulator? Is it a body constituted by the experts or just admin and clerical staff? You suspect it when you ever come to contact with the GMC @gmcuk
Is the GMC unsafe? It has continued to fail patients & the people it’s supposed to regulate Doctors Instead of supporting patient safety they are abdicating their responsibility for safe patient care by taking on responsibility to regulate PAs & AAs

@gmcuk Incredible that the very regulator which makes the lives of doctors so much more stressful and difficult publishes a report that describes this in detail without an iota of insight as to its own involvement in its causation. Such arrogance and ignorance.

Doctors don't have on-call rooms/offices. We don't have secretaries/medical admin They changed the rotas to fit in with the European WTD but the work doesn't disappear We need better conditions to treat our patients well. Health of the doctors should be everybody's priority!💪
🆘 Dear @WorcsAcuteNHS, The lack of respect for the on-call Medical team is staggering! The medics were kicked out of their office by one of your MATRONS. ⭕️ The on-call team is in charge of over 500,000 people living in Worcestershire when it comes to medical emergencies and cardiac arrests 💀☠️. ⭕️ It is absolutely rude and unprofessional to take over the office without discussing it with the Doctors (it would be a disaster if the Medical director is aware + happy!). ⭕️ This systematic belittling and humbling of doctors must stop. I demand you investigate this matron. Thanks.
