In 2004, my teammates & I won the Big 12 Championship. We were average players with a couple superstars. We differed off field greatly, but our actions were for the good of our team. We killed each other in practice & cooked dinner for each other every week. We were all in.

Hiked to Mohawk Lake in Colorado today to spread my father-in-law’s ashes. It was the most physically and mentally challenging thing I’ve ever done. Every day is a tribute to Dan’s courageous fight with cancer. God’s Grace was all around us today.

Our awesome son Leo was a ROCKSTAR in his first ABA Therapy appointment today💪🏼. Leo got diagnosed with

(autism spectrum disorder) in December. We are so excited for him to have ABA and can’t wait to see him grow! So proud of & thankful for our guy!

Coaches, we can not allow the wrong type of communication to be excused for being “competitive” or “in the moment”. WE MUST TRAIN our players on what “positive-demanding” talk sounds like. If you allow players to be rude bc it’s “competitive”, YOU WONT WIN.
