Yesterday I helped teach my first gundamentals class. I mostly just chimed in but this feels like something I could really do.
When I introduced myself, this couple asked if I was "the Jessika from the podcast" and said they signed up for the class after listening to my episode!

Jfc I'm at urgent care for abd pain and the Dr called me an "anatomical male" like 3 times in 2 minutes, incorrectly assumed my PCP was male, and basically said he has no idea what hormones do to ANATOMICAL MALES so told me to go see my Dr since it might be that

Yes but the studio forced them to cast a cis dude who didn't even bother shaving instead of Elizabeth Coffey (Pink Flamingos, Girl Trouble), a trans woman who actually looked like the irl wife and was set to play the part. She was so crushed that she left acting altogether.
