Well, it’s my last day here.

A few years ago
I got a call from a homeowner to come fix a leaking shower.

I call these yo-yo deals, they keep coming back to you.
I don’t know why you would keep anything as a rental when you can owner finance to who knows how many people.
No maintenance or upkeep just collect the payments every month.
