When someone I’m meeting for lunch is 45 min late & doesn’t call or text or answer their phone, I sometimes will immediately google car accidents & think the worst. I don’t find her being freaked to be odd in the least

Ever think the fact that he’s NEVER stayed out all night & not come home & also wasn’t answering his phone or texting back ALL night made her realize something was REALLY wrong? I’ve done that & thought ppl were dead for FAR less odd behavior

The ENTIRE point is this was the appetizer to the main course MOTION(which is motion to dismiss) & Brennan just admitted several things in open court. He was baiting him. This isn’t about trial-it’s about getting it dismissed

Unless there’s an actual NEED for their client to explain/clear something up or an affirmative def-not much good comes from client testifying. Esp if they’re innocent & theres concerns w/ their likeability to some of the jurors.Glad it’s a constitutional right to not have to

@cassiemarie496 @dcnoel43 @Free_Karen_Read @factsdontlie10 It’s ur right to go up there & “speak ur truth on the stand.” Except not everything u want to say usually can even come into trial if it’s not admissible & you will get cross examined by someone who for a living literally practices tripping ppl up on words or memories. Talk to me when u get wrongfully accused & charged w/ a crime—I would bet my life savings that sentiment will change. Maybe because it’s her CONSTITUTIONAL right to not have to & it CANNOT be considered in anyway by jurors for guilt if she exercises that right. Innocent people don’t take the stand ALL the time. Know why? Bc lack of evidence speaks for itself

I get the feeling Lally & Brennan have NO relationship & do not speak much, if at all. Personally, I can’t wait for an evidentiary hearing on Salleyport vids &for Lally to be forced to become a witness & be 1 of THE star witnesses to explain wtf happened w/ vids

It was a bench trial in front of Judge Cannone & made me lose what tiny ounce of respect I had left for Norfolk Co DA office. Would be curious to hear ur thoughts. It’s INSANE. Lol

He’s going to be SO good w/ all crosses of technical witnesses, I believe. But I think they need to HAMMER home (significantly more than trial 1)what reasonable doubt ACTUALLY means
