@joanne612761 Yup … basically 2 sound bites. When asked about John she said something about how they had his cellphone which is like a diary. I want to watch that again but it struck me as an odd thing to say.

@CubicZpainter Look no defendants has to take the stand - that is their right. But: to equate softball interviews to facing cross-examination under oath on the stand is disingenuous.

He makes the very clear implication that the foreperson engaged in improper conduct. “She found probable cause… this case should never have been indicted at all.”

@OLDNURSE19 @ambercanyo99047 @fayeconayme And no right is absolute. We know last time harassment issues came up J. Cannone used a balancing test to decide which days AK wouldn’t be allowed in court.
