I am blacked out from 3 teams. All are more than a 2 hour drive away and none are on local tv.
YouTube TV doesn’t carry the MLB network.
My new LG smart tv doesn’t allow me to download the mlb tv app. I know I’m old, but I had no idea that was a thing.

I’ve recently heard several analysts dismissing all-star week as an opportunity to stash or hold injured players, but I disagree. There are only 8 teams playing on Thursday, and 4 of them are playing doubleheaders. That’s a chance to maximize AB.

While we're at it, can we just standardize all the names? We can't decide between Cedric Mullins and Cedric Mullins II or AJ Pollock and A.J. Pollock. The Fangraphs projections export with accents in the names, while the auction calculator doesn't. It makes me crazy!

A lot of more casual players don't have the time or the skills to dig into every player and form their own opinions. There's nothing wrong with finding an analyst or two that you like and trusting that they've done the work.

Mason Miller could have bullpen role in 2024, "possibly in a closer role", per A's GM David Forst.
