@TorUdall
@johnandi
I’m sickened to hear this. It’s the same attitude you get when having DWP assessments. Deeply unpleasant. Who are these vile people…
@stimmo
Several years ago I slipped on some wet leaves and ended up on the ground, shocked and a bit confused. Men walked past, staring - women came to help. Says it all…
@Pamaro25
@stuglow
I think he should appeal to the University. In the light of events at No10 it throws his actions in a totally different light. And he should appeal the £10k too. Drop it down to £50 per person and give him a massive refund to pay his university fees.
@LouisHenwood
Disgusted by him. Bunter did the same at St James when they were swearing Charles in as King. No one would talk to him so he got out his phone. Couldn’t stand quietly for 5 minutes at a state occasion. Pathetic.
@Steven_Swinford
Considering the country has been shouting for an election for months now, it’s hardly a surprise. Instead of blocking their ears & taking the money, they should have been preparing. No sympathy.
Labour were set & ready & straight out of the blocks. That’s what the country needs!
@David__Osland
She’s not a Buddhist. She might claim to be, but that’s total rubbish. No Buddhist would think and speak the way she does. Buddha would be deeply offended by her laying claim to his name.
@campbellclaret
Glad you mentioned the production teams. They are what made this Jubilee happen. I’ve seen endless criticism of the cost. Most of which is fees. Fees to people in the entertainment & events industry who mostly didn’t work for 18 months. And we’re screwed over. All power to them!
@MartinDochert12
Yes. I’ve done the same. Not sure what’s happened with her. I’m disappointed, as her initial intentions were good.
I’m also sick of the Starmer bashing. It’s narrow minded & short sighted. I think he’s the real deal. Hope enough people recognise this to get him into No 10.
@BrexitFails
And that Gordon Brown & Alistair Darling were significant in keeping the UK operative at that time - to such a degree many EU countries used the same method.
I think Starmer needs to do a “putting the record straight” session - where this & other misconceptions are set right!
@GeorgeMonbiot
Sadly so. Question time is badly biased towards the Tories. In every way. And very poorly “chaired” by Fiona Bruce. I’m amazed she didn’t badger you, or interrupt you. It’s a rarity. Your honesty and clarity were very welcome. Maybe help the programme recover some balance.
@FirehorseP
I never ate out. Struck me as pure stupidity considering we were in the middle of a pandemic. Couldn’t believe the idiocy. Not surprised when hundreds of people got sick. What was going through his tiny warped mind to come up with that strategy. Mindless fucking idiot.
@breeallegretti
Running scared. Even though he brags how brilliant he is, deep down he knows how unpopular he is. Any excuse not to have to schmooze with clever & intelligent world leaders.
@PhilipPullman
Starmer is keeping quiet about his intentions with the EU until he’s in power. Hold your horses and stop jumping the gun. To introduce his Brexit intentions prior to a GE would invite an MSM bloodbath. He’s VERY WISELY keeping his silence.
@tomandlorenzo
But. She and Harry will return to the States, be with their children in a beautiful country with beautiful weather. Whereas the haters will be stuck here in this god awful county with this god awful government, struggling to pay bills, eat and keep warm. Serve them right.
@MimiJ9
Really. He is impossible. As insulting as Bunter. The Tories adopt this attitude that they are so much more important than anyone or anything else. Just appalling
@Nurseborisbash
Sadly, it’s only too clear. The level of corruption here is staggering. Those poor post masters. They were never going to beat the corruption. They wouldn’t even have known it existed, let alone its extent. I’m horrified, and nothing much shocks me these days.
@tig_james
I’m concerned by the cost of living, and the quality of our life here - water, power, rail, roads, affordable housing, a decent pension.
#GeneralElectionN0W
@kazza_cupcake
Sadly. Yes. I was in Paris recently. In a seafood restaurant. Family of 5 came in. 3 brilliantly behaved kids. Ate their way through 3 huge platters of fruits de mer. No fighting. No histrionics. Politely enjoying each others company & the fabulous food. Left with no mess. Joyful
@alanrose9
Thats cheap. And wrong - he DIDNT. Gordon Brown left the coffers in a very good place. SO good, after a world wide crash, that other countries used his method as a template. Our national debt was minuscule in comparison to now. And nothing was broken. Now look at us. A total mess
@___Riz1902
This whole episode is an utter disgrace. Wragg is a security risk and a total liability. He needs to resign. Very simple. There is no place for men like him in the government of this country. Sunak needs to grow a pair and do something about this. Not pretend he’s a victim.
@FreddieBailey96
The Daily Fail must know this is nonsense. Why then did they publish it. Starmer can sue them and Bunter for libel. Wish he would. Stop this ridiculous practice of printing lies.
@RosyChipshop
Hi Rosy. They did this to me after my Mum died. Held up probate for 6 weeks. My solicitor said that it was happening to more than 50% of her clients. Hang in there. It was ok for us. I knew her benefits were correct. Fingers crossed for you x
@BetteMidler
The joy over here in the UK is the press has dropped him like a lead balloon. No daily drivel updates anymore. Fantastic. Still waiting for the final eviction from the White House.
@kwhitestone
@samaritans
@GWRHelp
I was on such a train 20 years ago. It was winter & we had no light or warmth for 3 hours. A couple of medics on board helped the girl running the buffet car. She’d been scalded when the train screeched to a halt. We spent our time in quiet reflection. It changes one’s perception
@caitlinmoran
I’ve been on a plane that took 3 attempts to land at LHR. By the end, the pilot let everyone smoke throughout. We came in full speed the 3rd time to try & scythe through the cross winds. Did it. Everyone in the arrivals hall was green/grey and shaking.
@oldishbird1
By doing this they’ve broken the law. Their senior managers need to deal with this. ASAP.
It shows how desperate the MSM is to smear Labour. At any cost. This whole house sale nonsense is an absolute disgrace.
@JohnLewisEU
Happened 6 years ago in the UK. Only an advisory referendum and not even a majority - but for some dubious reason (I’m being polite here) upheld, and now we’re well and truly buggered….
@JasonPedlow
@Keir_Starmer
I love the current attitude that anyone can attempt to bully Starmer into doing what they think he should be doing - in their opinion.
If you look at what’s he’s achieved in just a week you should have faith that he knows exactly what he’s doing - and doesn’t need any guidance.
@mikegalsworthy
I find it amusing that people like Lozza, automatically brand those who are being careful as living in fear. Shows their naivety - and fear - about anyone who doesn’t agree with them. They should have kettled the marchers and fed them out through a vaccine hub.
@glh1701
I wasn’t bullied, but as a student I was mugged late at night on my way home from the tube. Tried to steal my shoulder bag. He didn’t know it was actually a tool box. Had a hammer in it. Hit him over the head with it. Never been mugged since. I always maintain a proud “attitude”.
@Marilynrules1
@BBCLauraKT
Sorry love. He gave up the right to politeness a long time ago. He doesn’t deserve it. You need to get your thoughts straight.
@ariehkovler
All the Tory photo ops with them in military garb look just ridiculous.
This photo is the same as the recent work shots. Starmer is the real deal.
@ColinBaldy
@Patrici89225734
If he actually had a GA, he would have had to be nil by mouth for part of the evening before. On his birthday? I think not…
@doctor_oxford
However, 700 more infections than this time last week. The numbers have been creeping up the last few days. This is a huge jump. These are the figures we need to keep aware of. They will define the spread.
@Sillyshib
I hope more people will start to understand this. It’s a huge issue. Starmer is going to have to be very clever to save the UK. I despise the Tories for this.
I recall a programme outlining how the same thing happened to Barack Obama. He found the coffers completely bare too.
@Number10cat
@LuxmooreS
This is hilarious. He looks like he slept in those clothes - 3 sizes too small. And she’s wearing white which is both disrespectful and usually worn to funerals.
What a ridiculous couple.
@archer_rs
Why are you still banging on about this? There are army protocols about when retired veterans can wear uniform. He looks majestic irrespective. And Charles has requested for him to wear uniform on Monday. Which has been granted.
@HarriettmooreB2
@DanielaNadj
@BFujer
Wedding party is meant to be at the end of the month. Is this yet another one? The piss taking by Bunter is astonishing - and he’s being allowed to get away with it.
@BBCWorld
My family in Oz have been in lockdown for months. This represents a farcical reasoning. He’s perfectly at liberty to choose not to be vaccinated. However that should curtail his liberty too. He can’t slip in on a different pretext. Not on.
@CockertonMark
Of course they can’t stand her. Beautiful, intelligent, committed, working class and successful. Proud of it. Capable, trustworthy and sharp.
Not one of their MP’s are a patch on her. So they’re wildly jealous!!
@johnandi
I met Matthew a few times back in the day. I thoroughly liked him. He seemed most reasonable, aware - and understanding. That’s a big tick for a Tory MP. But those were the days when Tory MP’s were real human beings. Ah me…
@archer_rs
Holidays aren’t the issue - except passport control if you don’t have an EU passport. It’s about not being able to travel, work and live there for longer than a few months at a time. Freedom of Movement - anytime, anywhere - is simply not permissible.
@PolitlcsUK
@AvaSantina
Why are people so insistent on demanding a cease fire, when they know perfectly well it isn’t going to happen. Why can’t they be more erudite and consider what can be achieved. Not asking for the moon.
@Cromwell606
I worked with him once. He made a special appearance at a Christmas charity show. He was a delight. Charming. Polite. Undemanding. A joy to work with. I snuk my sister in at interval & put her in a box. Which she happily shared with Roger and Cliff Richard.
@HudALMojel
@fasc1nate
The body with the “pale white skin” is George Malory. The photo was taken when he was found. Now there is a stone cairn built over his final resting place.
@RevRichardColes
@VW
Go on to the Companies House website and access the names and addresses of the UK directors. Write to them at their homes. It should work. I did it with Sony. They sorted the problem in 2 hours. Good luck x
@BBCBreaking
So I should think. Bloody nerve even to put in an appeal. Seeing now though, how his “buddies” have been behaving, they all thought they had carte blanche to do whatever repulsive thing they wanted. Appalling.
@Mistyswoman
When my godson was small he would dress up in my jewellery. And my brother loved wearing my shoes. They both looked great. Neither tried makeup. Not even lipstick.
Both are happily heterosexual adult men. Playing with gender different toys has nothing to do with sexuality.
@lancethebass
@Patrici89225734
Having worked in opera myself, and both parents musically, the majority of people I met were not from the “upper classes”. And whilst tuning in to audience conversations during performances, it became clear the upper classes were there to be seen, not to see.
@drokane
I LOVE that you said no. A doctor wanted to re-admit my Mum to hospital, the week before she died, as he wanted her to have a drip - which was no longer necessary. I said no. Mum grinned from ear to ear. And when the time came, the District Nurse gave her morphine as required.
@JaneyGodley
As ever, they can’t find anything to attack her with, so make it personal.
I’m not sure the cut of the trousers is entirely successful but the colour is wonderful - and she clearly feels fantastic. Good on her….
@jonlis1
Because the Manchester Chief of Police is James Daly’s mate. We all knew it wasn’t in the police remit - & beyond the statute of limitations, right from the start.
So a malicious attempt to upset Raynor and Labour.
Daly - & Hodges - need to be prosecuted for this utter shower.
@campbellclaret
It’s reprehensible that the policeman has been arrested, yet the two Tory candidates haven’t. Utterly unacceptable.
Just 2 weeks before we rid ourselves of these charlatans.
@jessphillips
I’m a therapist. Repeatedly asked to give services for free and voluntary work in the medical and hospice sector. As it will “look good” on my CV.
I’d prefer to be able to pay my bills and have it “look good” in my bank account.
@Iloveautumn2
Have no intention of watching. I knew he was rotten right at the start. Even before he became London mayor. I can do better things with my time.
However, good for those who still idolise him to watch it. May redress the balance in their head. Learn the truth. And vote right!!
@JujuliaGrace
I stopped following you when you started the anti Starmer nonsense. You’re better than that, surely. You can’t seriously want another 5 years of Tories. Very disappointing
@PeterStefanovi2
Poor Wilf. Instead of having a fab wooden treehouse built by a caring Dad, that he can mess around in with his mates - the poor little sod was going to get a state of the art glass house, probably with a pool, and a raft of security men. No fun at all.
@MichaelRosenYes
I have/had a sister. Died the day she was born. I was 7. No photos. No funeral. No grave. Almost never mentioned again. Both my parents are dead and I’ve no one to talk to about it. Want to find out what happened but don’t know where to start. Very sad about this.
@Femi_Sorry
The whole point of the older generations getting vaccinated first is that they are far more clinically vulnerable and were dying in their thousands. Do you really begrudge them that.
@arthistorynews
Very very poor. However, the police let the Downing Street staff get away with partying during Covid. So they’re as bad as each other.
How likely was the copper to have inside info on the election date. Far less arguably than the aide.
So very poor to arrest only the copper.
@simoncaudwell
@BorisJohnson
I’m sure the irony was understood by whoever chose the passage, everyone inside St Paul’s, and a vast number of the viewing populace. Sadly we couldn’t get rid of him. But he was sufficiently mocked. Have no idea whether he himself understood. Probably not…
@johnnyd_ee
@JamesDalyMP
@AngelaRayner
Absolutely. His behaviour was purely intentionally malicious. As to Hodges, he clearly has a serious hard-on for Rayner. The only way for Desperate Dan to cope with his yearnings is like a teenage boy and try to do her harm. Sad, little….
@Loriagne2
He’s a disgrace. An appalling man. Cannot wait to oust him & his whole cabal of cheap, disrespectful, incompetent chancers. The only thing they’re good at is asset stripping. As to running the country - running it down has been their aim, for personal gain. What price a country?
@hmtreasury
Bloody hypocrite. You’ve done nothing but attack and reduce funding to the Arts. Your latest policies last autumn have deprived the UK of top creative companies and caused massive losses to those who work for them. You should be ashamed
@WasOnceLoved
With you on that. Can’t stand to hear his voice. Can’t bear any picture. Wish people wouldn’t keep putting photos of him on their timeline. Have to delete them. I’ve never felt such relentless anger.
@jonsopel
Starmer has come out shining on top. Whereas the other parties have dragged themselves down into the pits. Tbh I couldn’t care less about the Tories. Seeing their comeuppance is a total joy.
