That because the UK doesn't track trans women as trans, they mark them as male and ignore the trans status. This leaves a hole in the data that makes it appear like trans people are not being killed, when in fact trans deaths aren't being included in the data

No, they did not, they ignored important contextual information, that being the partially vaccinated, and then incorrectly extrapolated that the CDC lumped partially vaccinated people into the unvaccinated stats.
