Thank you so much! 😊 Back in 2013, I ate nothing but clean foods and lost 90lbs in less than 6 months! All of the health issues I had (obesity and fibromyalgia) disappeared. I had so much energy!
But slowly I started eating processed foods again and all the weight came back.

That’s good to know! I typically get my chicken from Costco and never had that issue. But the Walmart chicken was beyond stringy, it tasted fake like imitation crab meat. So even if it was an old chicken, it didn’t taste like chicken at all.

My sister’s husband was recently diagnosed with sarcoma in the knee and lung cancer (stage 4). Doctors were shocked how fast it came on. They did surgery to remove the large tumor in his knee and are trying immunotherapy on his lungs because the type of cancer is not responsive
