This is my beautiful younger sister Justine. Today marks 5yrs since she suddenly passed away of a blood clot. Justine was 2 weeks post op following surgery for endometriosis. It’s my last picture with her. Can’t tell you how much we miss Justine. Miss her smile and hearty laugh!

My wife planted this magnificent magnolia tree following my younger sister Justine’s passing...as you can see its bursting full of life and provides such warmth and comfort. It will continue to grow, blossom and bring joy to all...much like Justine.

So tired of cancer and the toll/victims it claims...a couple months ago my dear Aunt was diagnosed with inoperable cancer...this afternoon she peacefully passed. Cancer took her life, but it didn’t kill her dignity/grace/beauty/inner strength and above all LOVE. FUCK CANCER.

I’m beyond thankful for my Mom. She lost her partner in life way too early when my Dad died at 49, then 3yrs ago my younger sister Justine died suddenly from a blood clot. Mom also survived a brain tumour. She knows pain and she knows LOVE, a lifetime of it!

Gino Odjick update: Gino is a month into treatment for that rare heart disease that almost took his life back in 2014. He's doing very well, Doctors extremely optimistic they caught it early. He'll continue to undergo treatment for the next month, heart seems to be responding.
