@MamaMichaelax Notice them. Don’t try snd fight against them. Don’t try and argue with yourself. Notice that your thoughts are feeling a little stressed and are trying to protect you. acknowledge them and let them pass. That’s what works for me. Trying to rationalise etc makes it worse.
