Love my job. Been supporting one of our international nurses on ward. She said to me that she checks rota and when they see me on shift with them, it makes them happy as will learn a lot. Immensely proud to get feedback like this, we were all learners once, support each other.!

Privileged to have been on an interview panel today for new HCAs for the trust. Such a good experience , for my top up course as well as my role as an RNA. 4 years ago I walked the same steps as those I interviewed today.
