Unpopular opinion - it wasn't enjoyable for U6, U7, U8, U9 & U10's to play this morning at 08.50 in -2 temperatures.
I'm not joking when I say this. There should be a miminal temperature rule in miny soccer.

Proud of myself this week. 2 tough games on the line midweek Tuesday at Irlam and Thursday at Ashton Athletic. Some amazing feedback off assessors and some praise from a Championship referee. Very happy indeed 💪🏻💪🏻

You're right it's a joke we should make the premier league more concerned about the state of pitches in lower leagues in fact we should even extend that to grass roots and the state of pitches there, finance in footy needs a massive shake up

Grassroots is a funny old game. After being absolutely done over after giving my all this season to my junior league, a few received phone calls and messages. I'm delighted to have been appointed a cup final on 20th May. New league next season sorted, and I can't wait to start 💪🏻

I wish clubs would stop promising lads first team footy at NPL & Counties just so they can play for their 18's or 21's it's a poor coaching technique, let the lads join because they are happy about coaching they receive & enjoy football

Been on a footy management rollercoaster last 6-8 months, hopefully shaken out the negativity and can concentrate on moving forward, finishing off this season, rebuilding and focusing on next season and hopefully lots of development for players

The season maybe over but the planning began in January when we came in, we've got a clear objective to develop lads and giving them pathways to progress we continue that now by looking to the new season, sponsors, kits, management, structured training sessions, I can't wait UTA!
