@TimPandajisKHOU
You embarrassed yourself. Don’t hide behind the public safety argument. Your station could have went split screen. It was a possible radar indicated relatively weak signature. No reason for all that.
@Jomboy_
All the losers on here yelling cheaters cracks me up. He moved up, still standing in the box, and just didn’t move. The pitcher can see where he’s standing and he still threw inside. Bunch of crying clowns.
@LiveSCS
But Dusty said he had a virus, Dusty had a virus, everyone had a virus, Tupac had a virus, Elvis too. Hell, we all now have a virus. I better buy Moderna stock.
@htowncritic
People no longer listen to facts or reason. They believe what fits their narrative. The Astros hate on a national level and the Dusty defenders at the local level are perfect examples.

You have reached this point because the media has slowly changed the messaging and is quietly walking back everything like it never existed.
@RooshWilliams
I’m sorry, but there is no way it’s better than Bagwell. Bagwell played his entire hall of fame career with this team. How many full seasons did you get out of Verlander?
@ReedTimmerAccu
This won’t go over well but… Storm chasing is a hobby for the vast majority of the people doing it. What % of chasers do it as their only source of income? Full or part time, nobody makes anyone watch the media. Pick the chaser who gives you what you want.
@SportsRV
I think people are jumping on the bandwagon and making too much of this. I was shocked at the time but then realized how hard the Astros were shifted. They needed runners and a half ass decent bunt is an easy base hit at a time they needed traffic.
@ClintStoerner
A&M fought hard, but Alabama kept them in it. Plain and simple. Turnovers and a limited (and tentative) backup QB combined with the resulting conservative offensive game plan is the only reason the game was close.

Why doesn’t all these things lead to Maldy having better pitching stats than Diaz. It’s not about fangraphs. It’s about actual results and win %. The team does better when Diaz catches.
@JeremyBranham
The list should begin with Joe Espada. He has worked under AJ and Dusty. He has been exposed to Luhnow, Click, and Brown. New school analytic and old school approaches. He knows the players and is part of the culture. If he can show he can meld it all together, he might be the 1
@RealRonTheShow
Keep it up while your ratings tank. Imagine comparing these guys to a second year guy. Mahomes is Mahomes and Herbert has 4 years at Oregon and 3X the pro starts. Clownville.
@BenOndaTop
Reasons for Espada:
1. Learned under AJ and Dusty
2. Learned under Luhnow and Click.
3. Has the respect of the clubhouse.
4. Embraces and knows the culture.
5. Latino
@YoungAri_Gold
I’m always amazed at how little inside information the media in Houston has: tv, radio, and print included. It’s embarrassing in the context of how big this market is.
