Instead, Glasgow is left to foot the tens of millions of pounds a year in Equal pay claims for the next 30 years - thanks to Labour.

The fact is, the UK Government has cut the Scottish Governments budget year after year for the last 10 years.
It becomes impossible to offer decent pay rises when the budget is so restrained by Westminster rule. While there is some control over tax, it’s no where near enough.
