Great response for @LabourAidan who will be a brilliant @ScottishLabour councillor for Kirkintilloch East, North + Twechar. Residents very unhappy about SNP NHS waiting lists and appreciate Labour's record £4.9 billion in to Scotland. SNP must not waste it.

Perhaps tonight's win is a lucky omen. Like all Newcastle fans I dream of seeing us win a cup in the colour television era! @BCFC played brilliantly tonight.
A decent Pathé highlights package *from 1924* of the FA Cup Semi Final at St Andrew's, Birmingham, between @NUFC and @ManCity. Newcastle won 2-0 and went on to beat Villa in the final at Wembley. A fine bullet header from Neil Harris seals it at the end.

I had very good meeting with @LordPeterHendy today to discuss the severe deterioration of direct rail services from Scotland to the North of England. Our @UKLabour government has inherited a total mess from the Tories - and rail is a prime example. We are determined to fix it.

One of the many important aspects of the Assisted Dying Bill is the treatment of people moving between Scotland and England. The bill as currently drafted could create serious unfairness for those moving across Great Britain and I hope Kim gives this issue further consideration.

One of the highlights of my week was hearing @patmcfaddenmp and @AnasSarwar speak strongly in London about @ScottishLabour's determination to bring good jobs and economic growth to Glasgow and the rest of Scotland.
