This usually ONLY takes place on July 4th. Every July 4th, the USS Constitution "Old Ironsides," of Revolutionary War fame, sails out into Boston Harbor (21 Gun Salute?) turns back and docks. That's it, once a year, and only on Independence Day!
USS Constitution is scheduled to go underway this Friday, May 17th, from Charlestown Navy Yard at 10:00 a.m.
We will fire a 21-gun salute viewable from Fort Independence on Castle Island at approximately 11:30 a.m.

Look up the New Hampshire state constitution written by Thomas Jefferson. It is about as perfect a form of government you’ll find. Also, New Hampshire is the LAST & only state left…state house not a historical landmark for a reason.
