No alcohol, fags or takeaways. 13lbs down. Managed a sub 35 min 5km on my second attempt.
Todays treat:
- potato salad (Sour cream, chives, bacon, spring onions)
- caprese salad (tomatoes, basil, mozzarella)
- lemon pepper & smoked garlic chicken
