his em buff doesnt improve kazuha's buffing capabilities so its just a personal damage increase. hes just a quickswap anemo dps who can drive or be paired with another anemo for damage. basically just kazuha without the buffing passive

most people are just uninformed. its still a 5* attack stick thats amazing on most sword users, you dont even need a shielder for it to be good. the only issue is that its not jade cutter or mistsplitter, so people probably dont see it as worth getting.

the raiden story quest and enka event story were both amazing, but both of those are over now (since they only take a few hours to do) so now the rest of the patch is a dead patch, at least until raiden banner and i can do some pulls. mostly just waiting for leaks at this point
