621 achievements.. either they needed the primos or they find doing achievements fun. also if they didnt want kokomi and keep her on level 1, they couldve pulled for ganyu, but choosing kokomi over ganyu for meta is the right and better option.

Kokomi brought backup when Gorou's army and Sara's army fought. Brought her army to Raidens palace when MC and Raiden fought, saving MC's life.
Meanwhile Ningguang revived Osials Wife but didnt even have a plan for the giant wave attack, it only got stopped because of Shenhe.

didnt work for diluc fischl ning keqing barbara jean. almost all 10% or lower. barbara only 11% because of nilou synergy. lisa usage will still be omega low even after her skin. meanwhile ayaka consistently 30-40% usage while haters say her skin is ugly to justify not spending.
