(1) I will preface this by saying that this was by FAR the BEST archon quest and story in the game. So many twists & turns had me say WOW everything between Act 1 through Act 4 was meticulously put together to culminate in act 5

Theyre both her orphans...she likely raised them. BUT I had heard that arlecchino loves her house of hearth more than the tsaritsa. She will likely betray tsaritsa and maybe tsaritsa sends another harbinger to dispose of her? Hopefully it doesnt turn out that way...

Its not about WHEN she gives it up, its HOW she gives it up & does she clue us in to what is really going on. Nahida so far has been the only archon who tried keeping hers, took back Ei's from scara but ended trading them both for information which she refused to share with us 🤐

How are the tutorials? I remember in genshin early on there were so many tutorials and the cutscenes/story was easily digestible.

Def NOT the same. Monstadt is almost ALL Bavarian architecture. Look up Rothenburg Germany. I embedded a photo of it in this post for comparison. Fontaine has many more elements like Baroque, Roccoco, NeoClassical styles of architecture. Rural Fontaine is like Switzerland

Liyue doesnt have economic problems like the other nations and likely have the most stable leadership group. the Qixing 7 is still very strong and Zhongli being the strongest archon ensures their peace. plus having the protection of the adepti as well. They never run out of money

yep! even from the beginning on Ritou. No one except for thoma welcomed us and we were seen as foreign, not welcome at all until he pulls some strings. In Sumeru theyre handing us free akasha terminal and shrooms to smoke 🤣 still love inazuma though but yea sumeru is WOW

architecturally, traversing liyue wont be as exciting as fontaine is due to game design. liyue was developed a full 3+ years ahead of fontaine (including the time in beta). Lorewise liyue ofc is more prosperous. They are the financial center of teyvat. The banks and ofc zhongli

Its their archon...shes probably total opposite of nahida, zhongli and venti and just way more extreme than Ei as an active hands on ruler. Probably oppressive. "Justice" and her brand of it is probably what is threatening her nation

Ei cut entire islands in half. Venti chunked mountains into the sea. Zhongli terraformed an entire island chain....these things were no problem. Khaenrhia didnt go BIG ENOUGH tbh. Which is why they lost the war

This is a problem....why are they SO SCARED to make a fkin 4 star irrelevant. 5 stars that do the same thing should be a BIG upgrade over a 4 star c6 counterpart. It was 1.5u before...why the nerf...beta testers or devs screwed up again...cmon mihoyo....her cons dont fix this

The water tree in the Vourokasha oasis is the tree for the fontaine region. That was the death of the old hydro archon represented. You can put that one in this too

cryo 5 star male...interesting....very interesting...I was expecting hoyo to keep releasing the same tall male/polearm, tall male/claymore type like always KEKL. Good to see something new. Maybe they make him like Heizhou...a melee catalyst. That would actually get me interested

Yea I agree, the event was poorly thought out. Anyone remember the event where you could customize your own event? I thought this was going to be like that but...no. Just random wind currents easily outmaneuvered by kazuha/venti/zhongli. Like bruh...devs gave up at this point

Whats the point then....just seems like they felt they knew it was a DEAD PATCH and had to put this in. Most players are skipping the patch for arlecchino in 4.6.
Its a money grab. I doubt we see it again till natlan when they undoubtedly have another dead patch...

its not a spoiler to say she definitely ISNT a claymore. Data files from the client confirm this and her best potential IS catalyst. Claymore makes no sense for her.
The only archon I can see wielding a claymore will be Murata from Natlan.

as you can see yae hitting them with electro did NOT remove the dendro aura because of that 1.9 second reapplication. watch between the 5 and 6 second mark of the video how the dendro aura re-applicated after reaction. Nahida is BROKEN rn unless they nerf her...

The house of hearth is the intelligence division of the harbingers for a reason. Shes by far the most informed, the most diplomatic and cunning of the harbingers. Out of all of them she is likely the best in dealing with people, being most involved and not merely delegating work

its Ei's Gnosis. Ei had her familiar hold it (Yae) for safekeeping. That only ever belongs to archons. Yae isnt human so the gnosis was able to be held by her temporarily

Hutao rerun isn't sandwiched between 2 archons & raidens kid scara. So consider it a blessing! Hutao MAY even get her own limited event quest for 3.4 lantern rite since there is no new 5 star. Tbh im glad this is the way it went. Banner will sell

She will be playable. There is a file and from the looks of the model that theres leaks of she definitely doesnt have anything that hinders movement. Signora had a full blown dress. She wouldve needed a redesign to be playable. Arlecchino doesnt.

Only inazuma is locked. Sumeru is available upon completion of the initial questline. I guess if they roll raiden shogun and co. then theyre screwed but other than that no big deal
They will likely remove all pre-requisite quests. Technically they've already stwrted doing that

not a hot take at all. I didnt find his death very memorable either...hardly any backstory on him AND he was fighting in a war. Hes a soldier. He signed his own death note when he joined the resistance. He was written off poorly and very abruptly as well.

Lynette has lived a VERY traumatic life. And unlike Collei who was made too cheerful for what they did to her, lynette too had her childlike innocence ripped from her, leaving her to be very stoic, guarded and emotionless. Arle likely had a very dark past as well. Kindred spirits

Idk man...I think Rana busted her ASS for hers. Almost died but took charge in wanting to save those kids. As much as I love Furina. The most deserving here is Rana. Furina was already in a position to receive one as a thank you for her 500 years of service to fontaine.

Why are ppl complaining about the ult being long. Last I checked. Navia, xianyun, furina, ayaka, ayato have ults that are just as long and they clear abyss easily. Thats just being nitpicky

Nah...he didnt sell that well. Dont expect him for like a year during a dead patch in sumeru arc. Yoimiya, kazuha, Varka, and Yelan are the remaining 5 star releases before sumeru starts unloading everything. Not even sure if heizhou is releasing as a 5. 4 star more than likely

I look at it this way...hydro is a more valuable element. Its the healing element (she heals) she can ENABLE bloom teams, VAPE teams, FREEZE teams, Electrocharged teams and is integral to some of the BEST team comps
Also its 100% uptime she can refresh E after 20 secs

Ancient Inca, aztec and mayan culture is PLENTY of reference. I wouldnt say predominantly. Still though im most excited for Natlan. Those are cultures 99% of the playerbase is unfamiliar with. French and british culture for fontaine is far and away more documented in pop culture

Likely in the latter parts of the chapter. so far every chapter has had 2 of the harbingers show up: Chapter 1 (signora and childe(playable)) Chapter 2 (Signora (dies) and Hat man) Chapter 3 (Hat man (playable) and Dottore) Chapter 4 (Arlecchino(???) and Sandrone? (TBA))

Cosmetic skin...only 4 slots for my characters....Archons so far have blvery good kits. I dont see any reason to change them now or to even have different versions of them since theres other characters I like using as well like hutao, yelan, ganyu, yoimiya, bennet, etc...

BEST female design in game. Fully clothed and yet more appeal. there are no gender roles with this character which makes her very unique...more authority and WOW factor. Not even skirk reveal had as much impact. Not even close.

This is what happens wben they keep listening to ppl complain about the difficulty of world bosses like raiden and azdaha. Instead of nerfing it for everyone, only nerf depending on world level. Ar60 should be difficult

I can tell they now have a dedicated team of devs that handle the qol stuff. Back in the first 2 chapters we didnt get that much qol every patch. now there seems to be a much faster process. Im liking this!
