@hannahcrileyy @mffeetza Actually it’s safe in limited amounts, it’s just the pit and skin in large quantities that are bad. The 2 really bad foods are onions and any raisins or grapes. Even garlic in small amounts are fine. The studies were with massive quantities of the “bad” food.
