It is Hydro Geology and the specialists of this subject are called Hydrogeologists. I have a friend here in Canada who worked as a Hydrogeologist and worked in Oman for 25 years. Dam Geology also falls in Hydro Geology. There are a lot of competent experts in Pakistan.

That is not true. Being a Petroleum Geologist, I can tell you that Saudi Arabia is many times richer than Qatar, because of its huge oil and gold reserves, while Qatar is rich because of its gas reserves. Qatar have gas and some oil too. The bone of contention is political issues
