You can't reset the relationship between the gov and charities by speaking to charity bosses, but not charity workers. Charity workers are plagued by insecure contracts, overwork, uncompensated overtime, bad pensions, and low pay. Did you raise any of that with our bosses?
Our Government will work with our charities, volunteers and community groups - not against them. Pleased to launch a reset of this vital relationship with the Prime Minister and Minister @Steph_Peacock this week.
