Just a reminder BMV branches will have extended hours next week to provide IDs to those that want to vote in the midterm election. We will be open 11/5 from 8:30am to 8pm and 11/6 from 6am to 6pm. We will only be processing state IDs or driver’s licenses these days for voting.

Driving skills exams are scheduled to resume in July. We will first contact individuals whose exams were canceled in March due to the public health emergency to reschedule their drive exam. We anticipate appointments will be available for other customers in late July.

The BMV continues to take extra steps to protect our associates and customers. A select number of BMV branches will reopen by appointment only on May 4, 2020. Schedule an appointment online at . Available transactions must be completed online through myBMV.
The technical failure experienced on Monday, November 4 has been resolved. All branches scheduled to be open for Election Day will open at 6:00 a.m. today and will be able to process transactions. Those branches will remain open until 6:00 p.m.
Many schools, clubs, and places of worship host fall festivals. Slow down while driving near these places this month, and be aware that families with small children may be crossing the street at uncommon times.
