"A coach is a person who builds competencies" Top class work from Rob and his team of coaches building competencies in teenage boys. Clare Development squad players are in safe hands. Looking forward to seeing the fruits of all this work.
There are many ways to introduce movement patterns. We teach the lads to 4 fundamentals Squat, push, pull and hinge. Fun way of introducing them to a squat pattern and understand weight distribution is simple frog hops. All boys are pre or circa PhV, 84% to 92% of adult heigh.
