@StrCoachNetwork @mboyle1959 @coachmikesully1 @MollyBinetti What’s the alternative to sprinting to get similar/same adaptation? There is nothing. There are plenty of things as good/better to get similar adaptation to back squatting that involve less risk/skill to perform. Adaptation > exercise + mitigate risk

@umpref27 In this particular situation yes. During compliant drops, we should see flexion at hip and knee. What I’ve seen is that most will avoid knee flexion. Rigid drops are another story, I want to see them hit the ground and be a statue
