I'm from Croatia. The choke on George Floyd is used by Croatian Intervention (riot) police (and they all MMA heavyweight category). No one died from it. But then again no one overdosed while in police custody. We are also White.

My experience is the same from England, France, Germany and Italy. English, French, German, Italian people no problem at all. Very pleasant. All problems I experienced was because of foreigners and minorities.
