@kkxuroky
“Jealous and gay” and “dragon instincts” crossing wires in ways where eventually Laios pulls her aside and asks her if she’s interested in Marcille not because he notices that but because he recognizes dragon courting behavior as he’s studied it extensively 😭😭😭
@kkxuroky
I love the implication that she’s gotten way physically stronger and instinctual about physical fighting. That predatory gaze in the second panel has me acting unwise.
@TAGASAING
Goddd I have been thinking about this!!! I love the idea of the dragon giving Falin its lifespan, and her only realizing it later. This image is straight from what I had pictured, I love it!
@paes_t_ie
“When it ends” o(-( do you think his wife leaving and him never figuring out why has made him resigned to any relationship he has ending one day because he thinks there is some deep flaw in him that caused it
@flapjastic
Laios tries to talk her out of it. She’s baffled. ‘she just doesn’t understand, maybe she’s used to misery. I know best. I’ll make it happen’ but at the end it’s pointed out she’s become yet another person taking choices away from Laios, thinking they know what’s best for her.
@mcsugarcane_
something deeply funny about him figuring it out before she did, she’s possibly decades or centuries older but this loser down horrible for her figured it out in 9 years or less
@bloomfilters
If there is a single man in a piece of media he will be elevated by the fandom, and if there are more than one the relationships between them will be the primary focus of the fandom over time.
@kkxuroky
She ends up fine but horribly embarrassed that this is how she figures out her feelings with Marcille and that it was somehow Laios that put it together first 😭
@jellysheepie
I think if things had gone different Marcille would be a sorceress spoken of in words of terror. Like if she was taken away before she could restore Falin she would do some centuries in the making revenge on the elven kingdom that would leave it looking like a Bloodborne level.
@flapjastic
Do you think Laios would feel like she’s failed her daughter when she does something this extreme and desperate, especially given Laios’s anxieties about not understanding people or misinterpreting them?
