To be honest I am just a hater But his high volume style of training and doing a shit ton of working sets is misleading the average person the reason he'll never admit he's wrong is bc he's built an entire brand off of this his obsession with "the stretch" is horseshit and he routinely trains like a pussy (leaving 4-5 reps in the tank regularly) also his physique is ugly on every level I just can't take him seriously tbh

Way too many people mess interval training up because it's usually not explained well enough what they should be doing during the work period. Doesn't matter if the working duration is 10s, 15s, 30s, or 1+ min; you go at the highest pace you can *maintain* for that duration. For 5-12 second work periods this is an all out max effort sprint, for longer durations it means you have to pace yourself a bit to make sure your output isn't falling off dramatically during the round. So do NOT start off your longer intervals with 100% effort. I recommend using the 1st round to gauge the maximum output you can maintain for the given duration, and trying to match that every round after. Once you can't come close to that level of output, end the session.

@BurnerMcAlias Even with juice this transformation is impossible in 6 weeks unless you already had that physique before and detrained

Aight if you want something that actually works, check out @BowTiedBills' Creatine gummies. Will help with strength, recovery, brain health and overall well being. I'm not their affiliate, this is just a sick product that I think deserves recognition.

@izem000 I constantly see idiots recommend insane HIIT protocols (that would bury elite athletes) to regular joes. Shits ridiculous
