What do these people NOT see that so many of us see so clearly? SelfID is open to abuse. If men can simply say they are women to access women-only spaces (for voyeuristic purposes or worse) they will. The argument: 'Men will access those spaces anyway' is offensively dismissive.
QLD has shamefully just passed #SelfID. The law allows anyone to change their legal sex & will enable any man to self-ID as a woman & access female-only spaces. During debate, women's safety concerns were disgracefully dismissed by @QLDLabor MPs like @NikkiBoydMP as "hysteria".
