I ♥️ it when athletes tell me how they use what they learned in TF in their other sports.
Was talking with a 🏈 player and he told me how he used diaphragm breathing in-between plays & during timeouts. He said he could definitely feel the difference, especially in the 4th qrt.

I would take my digital jump pad into the cafeteria during the lunch periods and offer a free t-shirt for the highest VJ. The data collected allowed me to focus my search for potential talent. I definitely found a few gems over the years!
