We recently tried something new with a friendโs business using our ringless voicemail technology, curious to see how well it could work for Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions. While weโve successfully used this service before for meeting reminders, collecting feedback from clients, and similar purposes, using it for BFCM was completely new for us. My friend was up for the challenge, so we jumped right in. Within a day, we cloned his voice and set up the backend to send personalized voicemails to a group of his clients. We targeted over 750 customers and successfully reached 525 of them, addressing typical hurdles like full mailboxes and unsupported carriers. The voicemails offered an exclusive deal not available to the general public. With only a single voicemail and no follow-ups, we were curious to see the impact. The results were promisingโ23 conversions from the group we reached, resulting in a 5% conversion rate! Given there was just one touchpoint, this highlighted the potential of personalized communication in engaging customers and driving sales.
