Go for a drive. You’ll see it. People changing lanes & not looking, drifting into other lanes. I’ve seen 2 cars take off at lights when turn light activated & they were going straight, nearly colliding with turning traffic. Their concentration is lacking for sure.

I cared for TB pts. Full PPE worn and pt isolated & it’s not as easily transmissible as covid. Staff were vaccinated for TB but understood infection still possible. I don’t understand how covid pts are not isolated to prevent spread. I don’t understand staff not wearing full PPE.

The frustration is real. I’m pissed HCW’s are refusing to mask, even when asked by pt. Imagine an asbestos removal worker saying “I’m not going to mask, it’s just dust”. They’d be kicked off site immediately. Why are HCW’s given a free pass? They should be kicked offsite.🤬

My previous exp caring for TB pts 20 yrs ago is the reason I masked early & still do. SARS coronaviruses are L3 biohazard, the same as TB. There’s still a chance of TB infection despite vaccination. I wouldn’t go near known TB without N95. N95 should be standard for all HCWs

Legend! As a bus driver I found out most of the 20 somethings regularly on the bus never learnt to drive. Some of their parents didn’t drive at all, making it difficult for them to learn & lessons are expensive. ❤️🫂
