I lost my beloved husband to suicide 2-1/2 days ago. I arrived only 15 minutes too late to stop him; my son was the first to find him. We are so heartbroken.

… I eat steak, eggs, ground beef, and fresh salmon & trout.
My only ‘cheats’ are dark chocolate & pistachios (not too bad)… Few carbs…
Zero bread, pasta, rice, flour, sugar etc.
I work out about 1-1/2 hours per day.
It’s a good life. Feel like a million bucks.
