Informed @metpoliceuk where it was located and that it had been stolen. They said they didn’t have anyone available and that I should go and get it back while I still had a live location. £70 taxi later and thankfully very little damage done. The taxi driver waited just in case

In other news the car was stolen this morning early hours. Dirty thieving bastards used an angle grinder to release the steering lock and had a go at disabling the factory tracker, but they didn’t find my other lines of defense and I tracked it down to south London @metpoliceuk

#Astunday just over 4 years ago I managed to get my hands on a 007 mile delivery mileage Aston Martin prototype. Notices on the car said do not attach a battery, do not attempt to start. Broken glass replaced with black Perspex, most of the interior was in the boot, forgotten car

@robprogressive Yep, happened to me. My car was stolen, not my fault. I got payment (the least that they could get away with and after a big delay) but it was marked as my fault and premiums hiked because of that. Insurance is a legal requirement but it’s also a huge scam.

A sad day, I’ve decided to sell the only Bricklin #bricklinsv1 on the road in the uk after 3 fun years of remote operated air doors and 5.7litre grunt. I hope the new owner enjoys it as much as I have #unicorn

@CaptChaos19 @Brick_Cop @metpoliceuk I completely understand, Brixton police said they had a murder to deal with. No complaints just worried about my own safety when I arrived at the vehicle. Luckily my taxi driver Gary stuck around while I opened the car and got it going.
