Just heard @RickCarusoLA on @joerogan. Phenomenal. I was long term homeless on Skid Row, livestock of the homeless industrial complex, and managed to escape. I’ve been on a ton of podcasts, and my goal is to get the attention of the federal gov. Pls R/T or help if you can. All of America needs to know. And through getting on a large platform like @TuckerCarlson or @joerogan , America can hear the truth, the heat can be applied to those that are guilty, and the feds can step in and end the free range urban farming of the mentally ill and/or addicted.

The King Soopers strike is being astroturfed - outside unions from across the US have a vision of "transforming the grocery industry" (outlined in a socialist publication) and they are the ones pulling the strings* Keep shopping at KS if you're sick of the far left!

This is a very revealing thread about how CO’s landlord tenant laws play out. In other markets I’ve studied. The pool of naturally-occurring affordable rentals shrinks as landlord-tenant laws tilt more aggressively to tenants. Rent-control being the most restrictive policy.
@VeryLargeShips @gabebodhi I’ve sold all of my lower income properties due to this. Now I only do middle to upper class rentals now.
