SD's Gov Noem turned down the same $ to feed kids, but accepted $4,288,571 for the family ranch from the Dept of Ag. Now, an $86M, 12,500-cow dairy farm is proposed on 250 acres owned by Noem’s brothers, who are applying for a Gov’s Office of Econ Develop refund up to $4.5M.

Western SD, including the city of Keystone, close to Mt. Rushmore, is in a continuing drought,classified currently as Moderate. The national monument,is surrounded by national forest-both on federal property. The NPS has banned fireworks for years. It's not political.
