This is an example of how not to do a high end English breakfast, and @TheWolseley really have no excuse given the price point. No love or care went into creating this plate of food, and for £24.50 we would expect the tradition to be showcased with a lot more pride.

Had a bit of Scottish in my breakfast today by adding some Lorne sausage, my streaky bacon was a little too crispy, but apart from that a solid breakfast which sent me into a happy stupor for the afternoon. Needed a long dog walk to shake it off.

Added some smoked Craster kippers and huge Lancashire pork and apple sausages to my breakfast, with four slices of maple back bacon, fried slice, beans, and toast to complete the plate. Every ingredient is British except for the beans, approx cost £15-20 when cooked at home.

In case you wondered; pour some cream in a pan, crack the eggs in the cream, and season it all with salt. Cook the eggs over medium heat until the water boils off from the cream and the proteins and sugars start to caramelize, leaving you with incredibly tasty fried eggs.

We have long believed that @RishiSunak has never eaten a full English breakfast. He once served Zelenskyy a continental in @10DowningStreet, and now we see that he visibly recoils when a full English breakfast is put before him. He didn't touch it or eat anything from his plate.

Tradition aside, this is why you should only use British meat in your breakfast. To ensure that animals used to produce your sausage and bacon haven't been contaminated with chemicals, or treated cruelly. Stick to British food standards for the best English breakfast experience.
