The game that we want to expand on after launch is already there, can be played and is fun imo.
Not ready for launch yet as we need to do more polishing though: Tweaking, fixing bugs & improving the whole experience.
So I would say it's more like smoothing out the rough edges.

COD MWII Beta is fun. I dig the slower movement & gunfire feedback. Available modes are cool, even though I miss playing Hard Point in first person (or have I missed it?). Map layouts feel good too. Well done! Might become my favorite COD.

20 years ago I played something very cool: WWII theme, huge multiplayer mapswith high player count, infantry & vehicle gameplay & destruction. 🤯
My friends and I had so much fun playing it on LAN and online.

Well I was on Battle of the Bulge today but after shooting Boris with some BF3 weaponry a huge air vehicle from 2042 crashed into a rooftop of a building next to me. So no pure 1942 but a 100% BF that’s for sure.

Before I joined EA DICE in 2021 I was working as a Game Designer on F2P Mobile and Browser games in Hamburg and Stockholm for 7 years.
Happily my former career as a Bank Clerk didn‘t work out.

With the news of Battlefield 2042 not receiving new seasons I had to think about the first 3 seasons and how much the game changed during that time. It was an interesting ride. I would have loved to add more to the game and stayed longer but another battlefield called. 🫡
