I can do this because my life savings were not depleted during my treatment. I was (and still am) on some heavy duty drugs to beat this — needed daily.

@MeghanEMurphy Prior to working on a fibro ward, I though this too. Then I met both men and women who had this and it opened my eyes a little. There are times when I get exasperated with folks that complain of this because it’s something that you can’t “see” so it’s easy to think it’s all in.

The upcry was huge in the area but the strange thing was how many of the kids and parents - blamed the kid - for ruining the 35+ yr olds career. No concern.
