@ManhattanDA
Sad, pathetic and dishonest. No, there was no pattern of abuse and the only survivor here is
#jonathanmajors
. NY deserves much better than this.
The DA dropped the strangulation charges and the alleged 'fight' no longer took place inside the car but in the street (I guess the driver's testimony was too inconvenient). Like Priya said, the prosecutors changed the story to fit their agenda. Sheer insanity!

@Blabette__
Essential piece of evidence that the DA tried to bury under 2TB of data. This footage would have gone unnoticed, if the defense hadn't been so thorough.
@emilyepalmer
FACTS: She admitted she started the altercation because of a text message, chased
#jonathanmajors
through half Manhattan, sent him 32 threatening messages that night alone and went clubbing instead of hospital.

The voice recording proves the infinite patience of
#jonathanmajors
and the drinking problem of
#gracejabbari
. So she was drunk and brought drunk strangers into HIS house? I would have thrown her out the same instant! And why on earth is she recording this, without his consent?!

is completely innocent, he will clear his name. Even though these are just two misdemeanor charges, they are false and we will not be silent. Yes, this is just the beginning and the truth will come out. Shame on anyone that accuses or defames an innocent man.
@vicbekiempis
Texts are word salad and diversion tactics, Priya warned jury about it: 'The prosecution will try to “distract you with stories about the months and years prior to that incident” and “things about Jonathan Majors that had nothing to do with what happened in the car.”
@DaniDoesLaw
Sgt. Brian Hansen caught coaching Jonathan Majors false accuser to say he choked her. Remember those "Strangulation" headlines in March? Here is why Jonathan was arrested. The judge allowed for this body worn camera to play but pulled the audio. People of colorless flock together
@mzmarcopolo
A study in manipulative behavior: she played the damsel in distress act and those fools fell for it. A few hours after this, she will lock herself in Jonathan's closet and actually try to commit suicide (she took the sleeping pills!): that's a whole new level of narcissism.
@vicbekiempis
@vulture
Then why did she assault
#jonathanmajors
because of a text message, chased him for five city blocks, faked suicide, lied to the police (e.g. strangulation) and returned to his penthouse even though he told her not to? Because
#gracejabbari
is a compulsive liar and opportunist.
@benkochman
If the conviction was assault in the third degree recklessly causing physical injury, they didn't believe her because that's not what she described. Never mind that she started the altercation because of a text message and chased him for five city blocks.

Praying for

and his family. It's great to see these beautiful people smiling and they should be smiling after yesterday's great session.
@meghanncuniff
Court reporters may not like it, but Judge Gaffey was right to keep these documents sealed. Gaffey knows perfectly well that
#JonathanMajors
is completely innocent and he wants to minimize the damages to his career and reputation.

The handyman can testify that
#jonathanmajors
only arrived at 11:20 a.m. and called 911 out of concern for her. I wonder if Officer Swayne even talked to him that morning and if so, why on earth did he file that complaint. I wonder if the building's doorman was also there.
